Slow Down to Restore


If you look at the rest of life on the planet, one thing you notice is that most of life takes time to slow down to restore themselves.


A good life is one that has time for reflection and pauses.


When we set up our lives and work in self-destructive ways, we work against our own nature. This doesn't mean we can't work hard or produce great results.  Wise leaders know how to focus and pace themselves.


Mindfulness practices and restorative pauses allow us to align with the best aspects of life within our communities and businesses. 


As a certified meditation instructor, I teach the ancient practice of working with our breath to return to our natural state, so that our mind can relax and become more focused and nimble over time.  


Mindfulness practices to use the power of our minds to work with our personal energy to improve our health and sense of well-being. This is a critical skill to master when you want to create change in the world.
