Mindful Leadership Development

Over the years, I have used my professional writing background to create unique ways of telling business and personal stories. The book shown here is the first book that I developed with Marvin Klein, an award-winning green business owner. This is an example of amplifying your sustaining story to help others, and tell the story of an organization and a life well-lived.

Sharing Our Stories

Marvin used this and other books we wrote together to share stories of green business development of the PortionPac Corporation that he founded in the 1960's to create a safer and more effective way of providing green cleaning solutions.

Using stories to share the values of our lives, our businesses and communities is something I gravitate towards in my work. Story development has always been an important part of my work, even when I was an engineer.  I think it's the way we make big change happen in society.

“Karen has helped me to be more creative since way back in 2004 when we first met.  I am pleased to be a member of her Restorers Corner program, because I know she will inspire me to to take restorative actions that I need at this time in my life.”

Founder of PortionPac
